Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Refunds can not be issued on opened or unsealed containers.
If the wrong product was ordered in error, unopened packages may be shipped back at your expense for full refund.
If the wrong product was shipped, Prairie Tide will pay to have product shipped back for full credit or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
All orders should be shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days of placement of order.
Cancellations must be done within 24 hours.
Upon successful cancellation, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
